Disclaimer thing: No, Lord of the Rings doesn’t belong to me, but it was nice of you to ask. It belongs to J.R.R. Tolkien, Chris Tolkien and…Affiliates. So there.

Author’s Note: During the making of this glorious poem, I was without my books and I couldn’t remember anything that began with K, Q, or X, so I left them empty for the time, obviously ruining the continuity later. However, these three terrific letters are put in at the end of the poem simply because I couldn’t stand to see them left out in the cold. I even had them rhyme! Yay!
May you please enjoy very well!

A is for Aragorn, so soon to be king.

B is for Bilbo, who found the One Ring.

C is for Caradhras, a snowy mountainous wall.

D is for Dunedain, Aragorn’s kin, proud and tall.

E is for Eowyn, beautiful maiden with blade.

F is for Frodo, a perilous journey he made.

G is for Gandalf, a wizard wise and brave.

H is for Haldir: in the movie, meets his grave. *sob*

I is for Isengard, Saruman’s tower so cruel.

J is for J.R.R. Tolkien, whose second middle name is Reul.

L is for Legolas, an elven prince with a bow.

M is for Meridoc, the pleasantest hobbit you’ll know.

N is for Numenor, one of the great three rings,

O is for Old Toby, Southfarthing’s finest weed. (that’s a stretch there)

P is for Pippin, a prankster to the end.

R is for Rohan, the land of horses and men.

S is for Sam, Frodo’s companion so dear.

T is for Tom Bombadil, clothes and songs oh so queer.

U is for Uruk Hai, fighting hard, day and night.

V is for Vilya, the Elven ring with great might.

W is for Wormtongue, by his hand Sharky fell.

Y is for Younger Days, new stories to tell.

Z is for Zirak-zigil, Gandalf’s fall of great change,

And here are the rest, which I could not arrange:

K is for Kripes! I need a new rhyme!

Q is for queer, a word used all the time.

X is for Xylophone, not heard in this book,

End is for end this thing, you fool of a Took!

Because who doesn't like a Lord of the Rings poem using the Alphabet?
